Our shows are digital downloads, so they can’t be returned once downloaded. This is how we handle problems.
If a show will not import or play
- Email support@ildabot.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, your projector, your control software and version, and what happened.
- We will work with you to fix it. That may mean a different point rate, a re-export or a settings change.
- If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your purchase in full.
Before you buy
Every show has a free 5-minute showcase. Please test it on your own hardware first. We cannot offer a refund for a change of mind after you have downloaded a show.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if a product has a major fault.
